• 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
  • 1/4 c. soy margarine
  • 1/2 c. diced red peppers
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • Sea salt to taste

 

  • Step 1

    In a medium skillet, combine margarine, red peppers and onions and sauté lightly.

  • Step 2

    Add broccoli and salt. Cover and steam until hot.
