- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
- 1/4 c. soy margarine
- 1/2 c. diced red peppers
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- Sea salt to taste

In a medium skillet, combine margarine, red peppers and onions and sauté lightly.
- Step 2
Add broccoli and salt. Cover and steam until hot.
