• 1 (16 oz.) package wild rice blend
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

 

  • Step 1

    Prepare rice according to package instructions. Mix onion, garlic and salt into cooked rice.

  • Step 2

    Press rice into an oil sprayed ring mold. Cool. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.

  • Step 3

    To unmold, place mold into hot water for a few minutes, then turn out onto serving platter.
